Return Policy:  

Fabric/wraps: All sales are final.  If a backdrop is damaged, you must notify us within 7 days and we will be more than happy to take care of it for you as long as it is un-used.

Fabric/Wrap Care: All fabric is unfinished and should be hand washed (lay flat to dry).  Fabric may shrink if put in a dryer.  We are not responsible for damaged fabric if you wash it in a machine or put the fabric in a dryer.  Fabric is approximately 2 yards in length (between 68 and 72 inches on average) and between 45-60 inches in width.  Each fabric width may vary.  The perfect size for beanbag shots.  Slight imperfections are to be expected especially with open weave fabrics.  Fabric may look different to the naked eye than it does when photographed.  Images on the website show what the fabric will look like in-use when used by a professional photographer. Color may vary slightly due to differences with your monitor and calibration software.  We recommend using a similar color under all backdrops unless it is listed as "Thick" in the description.  The trim edges of the backdrop are not intended to be photographed.  We call this 3" trim the "dirty trim" as it's where the fabric is held by the machine during manufacturing. We leave this area there for extra clamping space.

Shipping: 

All items are in-stock and ship within 1-3 business days.  We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.  Please keep this in mind when placing an order.  Overnight shipping is not available.  International shipping is available upon checkout. 

Flokati Shipping:  Flokatis are bulky and ship via standard mail (takes about 4-7 business days within the US).  International shipping available upon checkout.  

International Shipping:  International shipping is available upon checkout and delivery times vary by country.  Most international packages arrive within 8-14 business days.  It may take longer depending on the custom regulations in your country.  Tracking information will be emailed after your order is placed.  Once the package leaves the US, we no longer have access to the package and it will be up to the customer to follow up with their post office with questions.  We ship internationally on a daily basis and have not had any issues.
